We connect to Reiki primarily through our hands which are placed lightly on or just above the body.

We can offer Reiki both to ourselves and to others.

Reiki is safe, gentle, and non-invasive.

The benefits of Reiki include relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, improved sleep, mental clarity, and an enhanced sense of well-being.

Reiki is not a substitute for standard medical or psychological care.

Reiki can be used to enhance the effectiveness of any complementary or conventional treatment.

Reiki is offered by many prestigious healthcare organizations throughout the United States.

Reiki can be easily learned by anyone of any age. It is practiced throughout the world by people of many faiths and cultures.

The Reiki Principles

The five Reiki Principles were taught by Mikao Usui, founder of the Usui Reiki healing system. He was a spiritual man who believed that both the body and mind must be kept healthy and balanced. Usui taught his students the five Reiki Principles and asked that they chant them morning and evening to cultivate a pure and happy mind.
